Just a short film of basic egg yoke separation.  This is good for recipes that use either just egg yokes or egg whites.

The video is a little off because my 6 year old daughter was helping to make the video and we also get singing entertainment from my 4 year old son.  I hope it is not too bad, but it is definitely different from the high end cooking shows.

My personal favorite use of egg yokes is in making Hollandaise sauce.
